The ears tell full story.

Nico joined Shelly and I for a full day of driving around Lake George to look at houses. He cries in the truck every time we get out to look at a house.

Nico likes to listen with one ear out to the side, making me think he only listens with half of his brain, which would explain a lot...

For such a lanky dog, Nico folds up into a compact little ball.

As the temperatures drop Nico is preparing for a week of snuggling on the couch.

Nico and I love going for long walks in the woods together.

Cold days are great for hanging out on the couch.

Despite the cold, Nico, Shelly, and I took a hike out to Holcomb Pond this morning as part of our participation in the Christmas Bird Count.
