Nico and I went for an afternoon walk along the shores of Lower Saranac Lake. The sun was shining towards the opposite side of the lake, so we had to seek out little spots of light to get this shot. The warm afternoon light really brings out the brown tone in Nico’s fur. We keep his orange Ruffwear Vert jacket on this time of year because it’s hunting season where we live.
